Liberty Retreat is an invitation to experience the transformative presence of Mount Shasta and awaken the liberty that already lives within you. Together, we will discover the majesty of the mountains and the hidden glory, wisdom, and freedom that reside within every heart.
Join us for a sacred journey of deep rest, healing, and remembrance.
Together, we will explore practices that support healing, awakening, and connection, creating space to release old patterns, soften into greater trust, and open to the guidance of the soul. As you slow down and attune to the rhythms of nature, you may discover a deeper sense of clarity, purpose, and belonging.
Throughout our time together, you will be invited into:
• Daily practices of presence, stillness, and deep listening—an opportunity to simply be, to rest, and to remember that you belong.
• Sacred ceremonies utilizing plant medicine protocols designed to support healing, release, transformation, and remembrance.
• Guided excursions into the beauty and mystery of the land, exploring the natural wonders and sacred spaces surrounding Mount Shasta.
• Heart-centered workshops and wisdom teachings that nurture awareness, connection, and personal growth.
• Creative exploration and expression, offering space to reconnect with your unique gifts and authentic voice.
• Nourishing meals and wholesome snacks prepared to support your well-being throughout the retreat.
There will also be time spent each day with master energy healer, Lea Anne who specializes in Thai massage, somatic movement and integration, yoga, meditation and sound healing as well as Soul Akashic record retrieval.
This is a time to remember who you are beneath the roles, responsibilities, and stories you have carried. A time to reconnect with your essence, your inner vision, and the sacred presence that lives within and all around you.
Come as you are. Leave renewed, inspired, and more deeply rooted in the truth of who you are.
